We wish to express our profound gratitude to everyone who donated and volunteered at the Day of Service held at Delmar Presbyterian Church and B’nai Sholom Reform Congregation. More than 100 boxes/packages of diapers were collected as well as tons of non-perishable food which will fill the Openworld Relief food pantry boxes located in areas of need in Albany and the pantry box provided by Bellevue Reformed Church. This event, held in honor of Rev. Martin Luther King jr, was an overwhelming success and a testimony to the caring community that responds so quickly and generously to those in need.
