Family Promise of the Capital Region (FPCR) was incorporated on December 23rd 2013 and began serving families in April, 2015. The first host week took place at St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church. At that time there were ten host sites located in Albany, Schenectady, Rotterdam, Delmar, and Rensselaer. Today, there are thirteen host sites and a total of 42 families have received overnight hospitality and support.
