FPCR is one of 200 affiliates of the national Family Promise organization, with programs scattered across 43 states in the U.S.  Our affiliate, founded by Father Frank O’Connor, was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization on December 23, 2013. After building our Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) and connecting with local service agencies, we began providing intensive case management and temporary, rotational shelter to families in April 2015.
